Room Wallpapers
“Wallpaper is back again” is something you hear more and more often, but for me it has never gone away. My experience is that more and more architects are using wallpaper. Very understandable, because walls have the largest surface area in a room. This makes them very atmospheric. Wall coverings or wallpaper give the walls an atmosphere that cannot be matched with painting.
Leading architects opt for exclusive wallpaper and wall coverings. These materials require a perfect finish to achieve the desired look. The wall covering must really fit in, so processing requires an eye for details. An interior is the interplay of all elements such as furniture, lighting, curtains, paintings, works of art and of course the wallpaper.
Natural products such as Japanese grass and bamboo give the entire interior an unprecedented appearance. The existing interior comes into its own even more beautifully. Processing such materials requires extra attention. The seams of these products are visible, making interaction with the other elements important.
